About this house sitting position in BENALLA
Our home is a modern home - large open kitchen/dining/lounge area. Fully contained/fenced, 2 car garage with remote panel lift door plus carport at rear.
Covered pergola/verandah area at rear with lawn areas and gardens leading out to our pool enclosure.
Yard is landscaped & easy care with a small grassed areas.
The house is located approx 200km northeast of Melbourne with access to trains/bus transport. Approx 45km to Wangaratta & 70km to Shepparton - Melbourne 2 hours by train or road.
Town centre is approx 2km from home with lovely walking along the local lake. Home is located close to snow ski fields, loads of scenic areas to explore, Murray river, Yarrawonga, Mulwala/Lake Mulwala, Wangaratta & Shepparton.
We have many Cafes, bakeries, variety stores, supermarkets & loads more!
The town is well know for its Gliding Club and great gliding conditions - for a casual flight or for the serious flier. The airfield is only for light aircraft - other nearby towns offer further flying services.
The area is close to many wineries & cellar door sales, with loads of towns with interesting events and features. Lake Nillahcootie is a few kms south and offers boating, fishing & small township for a day out.
All in all the area is wonderful for the explorer or just enjoy being at "home". Read more...
