About this house sitting position in Torrens Park

We have a single storey three (3) bedroom, one (1) bathroom with separate toilet home built on a large block with a :"double' back yard (separated by an easement) and a sensational golden elm tree that provides magnificent shade to sit under during Summer.
We have a friendly male Cavoodle named Rudi who would need to be looked after as well.
We would want our house sitter to water our front lawns and back garden fruit trees but would leave clear instructions on what is required. We have had synthetic lawn installed in the front half of our back yard to make maintenance of the large garden easier.
Please note there are stone steps down to the front door and wooden steps down to the back yard - about 6 stairs in each case - so unfortunately there is no disability access to the house..
