About this house sitting position in Bairnsdale

Hi,
I have a lovely, comfortable single story 3 bedroom house, just near the Mitchell River and not far from the beautiful Gippsland Lakes.
I am close to all shops and ammenities and have internet, wifi, netflix and streaming services.
I have a guy organised to come in to mow the lawns, so all that would be required is maybe a little gardening, watering of my veggies and plants, and of course bins taken out and mail collected. Of course there are always things that will be updated along the way, so will leave an updated instruction sheet with you and then theres my contact number when neccessary!
There is easy access to the street and room for a caravan if need be.
A small dog would be welcome, but just remember I have a cat and if its a cat chaser, might be a bit dicey!! Lol
I have 2 beautiful animals a dog (Mille) and a cat (Milo), both very friendly and they get on with each other really well! Mille loves her regular walks and needless to say there are some lovely areas of which to walk her!
